Sperrinview School Enhancement Programme

29th Jul 2020

On 25th January 2017 the Education Minister announced the second call for the School Enhancement Programme (SEP) which is aimed at targeting investment at schools which have immediate and pressing needs but where new builds are not deemed affordable or deliverable within the capital budget available. The Department’s strategy for capital investment remains focused on supporting the development and delivery of a network of viable and sustainable schools, shaped by the outworking of the Area Planning process. The Project Steering Group of Sperrinview School is delighted to confirm that Ostick + Williams Architects Limited has been awarded the contract as the Integrated Consultancy Team for the new Major Capital Works for Sperrinview School. The Department of Education is funding the new extension and improvements through the School Enhancement Programme. The scheme’s Project Steering Group, which includes representatives of the school, the Education Authority and the Department of Education, are working with Ostick + Williams Limited who will lead this work and are currently working on a feasibility study that will feed into the Business Case.
