MOURNE MADNESS
Our Mourne Madness trek is back this summer!
Explore the beautiful Mourne Mountain range in our epic Mourne Madness challenge on Saturday 10th and/or Sunday 11th August 2024. Supporters will have a choice to take on a 1 day challenge or complete 5 peaks over two days. Our treks are led by our amazing Mountain Leaders who have supported Autism NI for over 15 years.
1 Day Trek (10th August 2024) - The option will see the group climb Slieve Commedagh and the mighty Slieve Donard.
2 Day Trek (10th -11th August 2024) - This option will see the group trek 5 peaks over 2 days including the mighty Slieve Donard and Slieve Bearnagh. The ‘2 Day Trek’ includes overnight accommodation at Meelmore Lodge where the group will be starting and finishing the trek over the 2 days.
**Please note, participants must be over 18 years old, have a certain level of fitness to take part in this challenge and complete a medical form to declare their fitness and well-being.
