The boys and girls from middle and senior school had another fun filled day today at summer scheme!
Across the school, we had a few different animals in to visit…
Gary from Assistance Dogs NI, and his furry friend Lexi 🐶, spent time with each group today. If you want to find out more about Assistance Dogs NI, they will be featuring on Series 2 of Dogs with Jobs on UTV!
Mike from World of Owls put on an amazing show today too! They brought with them the only black barn owl in Ireland 🦉 We watched the owls fly across the hall, and even had an opportunity to pet some too!
Jigsaw farm also had a bird with them today too - a beautifully coloured (but very noisy) parrot 🦜. A few of his squawks made staff and pupils jump! Jigsaw farm also brought with them a donkey, goat, snake, rabbits and lots more! 🐍🐐
As well as all these animals, one of our very familiar friends came to visit too - Jo Jingles! Today Jo came dressed as an Astronaut 👨🚀 The pupils loved playing the tambourines, as well as our favourite part at the end the elasticity fabric 💛❤️
